On October 16th 2026, version OCTOBER 2026 (8.5 2026-01-26-1370) was released, which includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
- Excellent Browse window settings: support for new registers and the ability for users to add new searchable fields (all countries);
- Support for the Docura EDI document exchange platform across Excellent (all countries);
- Excellent address finder: support for state and municipal institutions (LAT);
- Various improvements and additions to the portal.
On September 29th 2026, version SEPTEMBER 2026 (8.5 2026-01-26-1369) was released, which includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
- Excellent e-invoicing – a unified and simplified e-invoicing operator across all Excellent countries;
- FitekIN > digitization and automatic system import of expense reports (Latvia);
- Costpocket > ability to synchronize contact master data, including accounts, VAT codes, and cost objects (all countries);
- Improvements to Excellent filtering windows (all countries);
- Ability to enter multiple bank accounts (both for customers/suppliers and own company) and reference them separately in documents;
- A range of improvements and bug fixes in the Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Expense Reporting modules (Latvia);
- Microsoft 365 > readiness to replace SMTP with GraphAPI for email and calendar synchronization (all countries).
On July 2026, new DATED version JULY 2026 8.5 2026-01-26-1366 was released, which includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
- Excellent Books & ERP versions in Finland, Norway and Sweden with e-invoice support, VAT report and banking integration;
- unified Address lookup in all Excellent countries;
- The article code length is now 40 characters instead of the previous 20 (all countries).
- FitekIN supplier e-invoices now also include document links as attachments (all countries).
- Added EDI 3Doc support (Telema, Unifiedpost, Docura): you can receive sales orders, send deliveries without waiting for a receipt confirmation, and send invoices (all countries).
- Added the option to calculate Employee overtime fee calculation with fixed salary (EST Payroll)
- Attachments can now be added to records via REST API (all countries).
- CHD integration (Latvia, Lithuania);
- E-mail texts: new supported registers and ability to reference document fields inside emails (all countries);
- separate document form for each Asset Status option and list of other Asset improvements and bug fixes (Latvia);
- Edisoft integration bug fixes & improvements (Latvia).
On April 2026, Version APRIL 2026 8.5 2025-06-26-9140 was released, which includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
- improvements for connecting several Personnel payments to Expenses (Latvia)
- bug fix in the Latvian VAT declaration (Latvia)
- bug fix when printing multiple document forms from a single document (all Excellent countries)
- bug fix in Peppol e-invoice export related to an incorrectly imported bank account number from the Company card (all Excellent countries)
- bug fix in assigning series numbers to Payments via REST API (all Excellent countries)
- fixed indefinite calculation/MAINTDEBUG error in Asset Status and Depreciation Plan reports (Estonia)
- improvement in the Latvian Natural Resources Tax report (Latvia)
- rounding has been aligned between the Asset Depreciation report and the Depreciation plan (all Excellent countries)
- bug fix in Latvian Payroll timesheets related to transferred working days (Latvia)
- fix in settings for enabling/disabling colors in browse windows for registers that allow it (all Excellent countries)
- when duplicating a record, the contents of the Reference no. field are also copied (Latvia)
- bug fix in the TikiTaka integration related to discrepancies in the value of sent invoices (all Excellent countries)
- bug fix in the Edisoft integration related to unrecognized transactions (Latvia)
On March 2026, Version MARCH 2026 8.5 2025-06-26 build 9139 was released, which includes the following improvements:
- FitekIN is now supported in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
- Swedbank SEPA payment scheme transition to newer ISO XML standard (all Excellent countries)
- Ability to print out multiple word forms at once (all Excellent countries)
- Finnish version for Excellent Books & Excellent ERP, with e-invoice support (Finland)
- Improved Natural resource tax report with support for textile neto/bruto weight calculations and past rate amounts (Latvia)
